Engineers Who Already Speak Certification.
We staff the full engineering organization across aerospace, defense, and space — from DO-178C software to stress, manufacturing, and program leadership — with candidates screened by a practicing FAA DER against your actual technical requirements, not a keyword list.

Not seeing the discipline you need? This list is where we work most often, not a boundary. Tell us the role and we will scope the search.
From Certification Basis to Badge
Most staffing firms screen for keywords because they cannot evaluate the work. Our screen is run by an engineer who has signed the findings.
- 01
Certification-basis intake
We start with the program, not the job description: applicable part (23, 25, 27, 29), amendment level, design assurance levels in play, the certification path (TC, STC, ATC, TSO), and where you sit in the SOI sequence. That determines who is actually qualified.
- 02
Targeted sourcing
We work a network built inside certification programs rather than a general engineering job board. Searches are scoped to the standards your program runs on and to US Persons when the work is ITAR-controlled.
- 03
Technical screen by a DER
Candidates are screened by an FAA Designated Engineering Representative — not a recruiter working from a keyword sheet. We probe actual artifact experience: what they wrote, what they reviewed, what an authority pushed back on, and how they closed it.
- 04
Compliance and eligibility clearance
Right-to-work, US Person status for export-controlled programs, clearance verification where required, background and reference checks, and any client-specific onboarding requirements handled before submittal.
- 05
Submittal and integration
You get a short, qualified slate with a written rationale for each candidate against your certification basis — not a resume dump. We coordinate interviews, onboarding, and badging so the engineer is productive from week one.
- 06
Engagement management
We stay in the loop after placement: payroll, timekeeping, and invoicing on our side, plus regular check-ins with both the engineer and your program lead so problems surface early rather than at the milestone.
What We Take Off Your Plate
W-2 Employer of Record
Every contractor we place is our W-2 employee. We carry payroll, employment taxes, benefits, workers' compensation, and liability coverage — you receive a single invoice and none of the co-employment administration.
ITAR-Eligible & Cleared Talent
We source US Persons for ITAR and EAR-controlled programs and place candidates holding active security clearances for defense work, with eligibility verified before a candidate ever reaches your inbox.
Nationwide On-Site Placement
Engineers deploy to your facility wherever the program runs — we handle relocation logistics, per diem, and multi-state payroll rather than limiting you to a local or remote-only bench.
Screened by a Practicing DER
Because we run certification programs ourselves, the person evaluating your candidate has sat on the authority side of the same submittal. We know what a credible answer sounds like.
Scalable to the Milestone
Ramp a team up for a certification push and back down when the artifacts close, without carrying the headcount through the quiet quarters between programs.
Supplier Diversity Fit
As a certified Minority Business Enterprise, we can help satisfy supplier diversity requirements on your program while meeting the same technical bar as any other partner.
Engagement Models
Four ways to bring us in, depending on whether you need a person, a team, or a finished artifact package.
Contract
Rapid ramp-up for program surges, SOI audit windows, or a specific certification milestone. Engineers work on your timeline and our W-2 — you get one invoice and no co-employment exposure.
Contract-to-Hire
De-risk a permanent hire by working together first. The engineer runs on our payroll through the trial period, with a defined conversion path when the fit is right.
Direct Placement
Full-cycle search for permanent certification and engineering roles, screened against your program's certification basis rather than a keyword list.
Managed SOW Teams
When you need a deliverable rather than a headcount: we scope the artifact package, staff the team, and run it under our own DER oversight to an agreed statement of work.
Aerospace, Defense & Space
Regulatory environments do not transfer cleanly between sectors. We match engineers to the airworthiness authority, standards, and program culture they have actually worked under.
